Well, with lesser squads we can toy around with them. Nothing like building up their hopes of winning a great upset before crushing it.

In all honesty, I don't think the fact that Spidey lost to Grav so quickly is in any way reflective of SysX as a squad. They are still a top class squad. Sure, they lost in less half the time with the same faction match-up, on an even larger map, but that is just because @RT played aggressively... as they should have.

The reason @BS lasted so long is because I went a really gimmicky route with Low starting cash (denying them early game rush), and high total cash, on a relatively small map. I knew RT was going to be able to free mine vs BS no matter how hard we tried, and I knew they would powerfully attack our miners all game.

But because of my silly settings, I mined out 2 sectors and got Adv Figs with Gat3, Seek3, SS3, Boost3, Minepack2, all GA's, Heavy Bombers, XRM, FB's with Cruise, Ab2, Adv Scouts, and Tp2.

If @SysX had been in that situation, I am sure they could have given @RT a much harder late game fight, no matter how hard we tried (and did succeed to make at least some leeway.)

I am also sure they will show us exactly why they are still a top squad when they meet us in the losers bracket. I will have to go take out some health insurance from Aetna, or something. Will go call someone who can hook me up.

This thread is... trascendental. XT trolling XT, MW taking reality > ego (though it was egocentric reality), Ryj with a succesfully inciting pseudotroll (though target wound up being Heyoka and Kumquat), etc.
