Me mums actually came up with a good reason for not finding her guilty. If everyone's telling lies when they're on the stand, its nearly impossible to prove anything.

heh. Entwhistle worked at my old place. A few people i worked with knew him and were totally shocked when he was accused etc.
Anyway - the appeal reminds me of a plotline in the TV series
Murder One....where someone gets off due to the police's case being based on an
illegal car search.
