Up advanced scout scan range or up ship sensor GA perk as compensation I would like to suggest for removal of heavy scouts and their tac finding ability.

They did remove heavy scouts, and Adv scouts don't need starbase.
What about luxy scouts? Were those removed too?

Hvy scouts had the exact same scan range as adv scouts.
Hvy scouts were just slightly more durable, and more capable of combat.

It doesn't matter, his basic point stands. Miner capacity advantage doesn't take hold on med total on Normal resources.
I really like some of the things you are doing Night.. We can argue about the solutions, but you are definitely tackling the right problems...
