The majority of schools have classes that do, but it won't really matter until the whole country converts. Yikes, just another thing to spend money on .

A meter is a device used to measure the flow of a quantity. Examples include water meters, electrical meters, and parking meters.

Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.
