I think Adept was suggesting making SFs more manoeuvrable to compensate for a higher signature (i.e. less invisibility). :lol:

P.S. I don't think that would be good to do as it makes Tac less distinct from the other paths. If thinking along those lines, why not keep the level of invisibility the same, and reduce manoeuvrability instead? :P

I didn't put a poll on this post since I wanted to just sound out how people feel about PPs (and downgrading to the 3k version for heavies rather than removing them entirely). If you guys think it useful, I'll add a poll at the start of this thread.

I don't see any reason to remove them at this point. Let's see how XC fairs without them before we jump to any conclusions. (Yes, I realise the cores are balanced differently, but I don't see any need to rush them out just because another core did.)

PS: I don't normally comment on balance, but I think the lack of pulse probes works for XC (so far, anyway) but perhaps they're fine in CC.

Pulse Probes have been the biggest pain in the ass for just about forever, that's why Night did away with them.
