Weylin needs to learn how to use a scout before suggesting any changes to them.

lolwut, the only "upgrade" more useless than (non-Rix, non-TF) hvy scouts is lxy scouts.

Protip: LXY SCOUTS' SIG IS HIGHER THAN ADV AND HVY SCOUTS, DON'T USE THEM FOR TP2s (this is addressed not just to the voobs, but to people who really ought to know better but don't notice this because seriously why the hell would the lxy version be WORSE?). Sure the lxy is a better combat scout but like who cares, seriously

QUOTE (Weylin)If my name alone is really such a deterrent to people listening to anything I say, I'll consider making a new account.[/quote]
It's not your name, it's the thirty-plus threads you've made in Community Core and Code Suggestions, each and every one containing at least one (and sometimes several) poorly-thought-out ideas. Even if you make a new account it'll be exposed very shortly by your insatiable need to suggest wacky changes and additions, often to things you absolutely do not understand at all period.

Yeah but unless you've gone garr tech Giga (patties wee~) and the game lasts long enough to get adv tech (basically impossible) you've got better things to fly in combat, so the only time anyone flies a lxy scout is when they're trying to do the scout jobs to which it is least suited, I've literally never seen anyone fly a lxy scout in combat

Really I'm just tired of explaining to people that yes, I've noticed that I'm not flying a lxy scout even though I'm going to be doing a tp2 drop, no I'm not going to change ships because I am asking for a regular hvy scout with tp2 in cargo on purpose, thanks for the heads-up, shut up, I shouldn't have to explain the ship stats to the entire team before the comm gives me the $#@!ing $$$, there's too many useless $#@!ing pieces of @#(! nowadays

It's still a combat ship. That's why it has a lead indicator.

Well I can't really justify that, but I don't care too much about my sig when I'm in a lxy scout anyway.

Why is this in gameplay?
Move it to CC forum and then ban weylin from said forum.

If you're going to suggest core changes you at least have to show why change is needed.
Not just I'm-weylin-and-i-wanna-change-sum-@#(!

Lux scouts are friggin walking pulse probes. So they're actually somewhat decent when used to sniff out SBs/HTTs. In addition, they have a sweet deployable rack.
