Sorry for necro, but the topic does keep coming up, if it's a small change can we just remove the 'stats don't count'?

The will count and won't count indicator is nice and all but, and correct me if I'm wrong, has no effect whatsoever on the actual stat collection, because TAG will happily collect and report stats REGARDLESS of this setting. So until the actual stat collection takes the official cores & official servers into account, the indicator is plain wrong regardless of what the lobby config says. So all it's doing is indicating "official or not official server/core". (We have also made pretty much all cores official at this point, although we can change that.)
Until we make that change it should be removed.
