The new scout model looks like an int model.

I just want to say FANTASTIC job Rain and Adept (hitbox issues iirc)
Once we are sure the new models are fully workable it is my intention to push this out in a packaged release with CC so everyone can partake in the new and amazing goodness

I'm sorry I don't remember any of it. For you the day spideycw graced your squad with utter destruction was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Sunday

My apologies.

It looks more like an int because of the giant miniguns, thick hull, and booster. Scouts do not have miniguns, let alone massive ones.

Scouts have Gatling guns. They look about the same as mini-guns from what I understand. Here is a picture of a Gatling gun:RealPandemonium wrote:QUOTE (RealPandemonium @ Jan 15 2010, 11:41 AM) It looks more like an int because of the giant miniguns, thick hull, and booster. And here is a modern plane-mounted one:
Just compare that to raingriffin's awesome model. It fits quite well.
The fact that they're massive symbolizes that TF scouts are a lot more dangerous in combat than other scouts. This is a scout with teeth. So I think its aggressive appearance fits quite well.

I mostly just nag Raingriffin and ask stupid questions for now.spideycw wrote:QUOTE (spideycw @ Jan 15 2010, 06:29 PM) I just want to say FANTASTIC job Rain and Adept (hitbox issues iirc)
I'll get into the hitbox trade properly I swear.

<bp|> Maybe when I grow up I can be a troll like PsycH
<bp|> or an obsessive compulsive paladin of law like Adept
The interceptor and sb look good. The grey areas on the int and sb are perhaps too different from the original red/pink main colors. I like it thought.
About the scouts, I prefer the ramaglor's scout, the guns on the other scout look like real life miniguns (and aren't even used as gunpoints) and the texture color seems to bleed or something. Maybe lose the miniguns and make it a corvette or something.
Also, I thought the squid model was supposed to be a fighter. The other sf looks good but the big engines or wings or whatever give me a gt feel. Seems something out of star wars podracers form episode 1.
The fighter's big rear-end and general look, not a big fan of it. But that should make it more enjoyable to kill.
That being said, I wouldn't complain if these got pushed on an AU becase they look better than the current ones.
By the way, I notice some of the models have those yellow and black stripes, like warnings of a dangerous area in a ship (engines, guns) but aren't TF ships supposed to be drones or something? No cockpit and all that. Who are these yellow-black stripes warning?
