It was a very intense 16 minutes game. We knew(or at least had a very good idea) of what DSM was going to do. It was confirmed when we saw 8 ints and 3 scouts mid hi. then we saw the op con. While they awaited the op con, ours built low next to his home. Our 1st tele built mid low. As soon as it was built my Exp con came out and riped along with my miners to midlow. They come in and for the most part they get podded and build the op midhi. We see thier bomber and decide to swap a garr for garr and since they didnt have a tech base that would mean we win.
However 7 of my pilots decide to D the garr vs a bomber and 6 nans. Deathrender kills the garr and tele but I have no idea why he didnt keep going. At the same time I with no gunners and 3 nans go in to his home, garr is 2200 from low aleph. Shadusty fedman and one other pod my 3 nans and me after I get 2 missles into his garr.
As we pod back we see 7, 8 then 9 ints hitting all 4 of my miners next to the exp. Had they bombed the EXP game was over. they get all 4 miners.However we jump in a 2 gunner bomber, with 6 nans and hit his garr. I in an int chase the EXP con to try to slow it up(even as fwiffo is screwming for me to push him:) I hold the EXP con up just a little and am podded. I kill myself and watch as the green sphere starts, and Fwiffo is 2 missles from killing the Garr. Im yelling my head off on TS, 1 more 1 more. Then the garr dies and leaderboard comes up. YOU ARE VICTOROUS. what a beautiful thing:)
Intense is an understatment.
However I dont know how many defenders he had or nans we had left so I dont know what would have happened had that EXP built. Maybe we had enough missles and nans to kill it to. No way to know at this point.
Fever, yes it appears SysX leaving last weeks game disrupted the pyshkie of DSM so much they lost to BS. For that I think you

OMB he did have enh miners but I dont think enh cons. Which is interesting as he was planing a con push. Would it not have been smarter to buy enh cons instead?

Oh and BoG, the game can be summed up as You forgot to instruct your team to keep an eye on the basics in a competitive match. Probes at an enemy base next to your home?
Still predict DSM coming in second? Maybe if Lingus commands.
