TE is a very busy man, with a lot of RL commitments. He will do it when he gets around to it. it could be anumber of days before he does.
In the meantime, play when your friend is not on and everything will be fine.

thats the probelm whe go almost all time of the day on the oc so thats a huge prob

Let's step back a minute.
Your "huge prob" is that you sometimes cannot access a
free game you enjoy playing, due to the unpaid staff not being able to provide 24/7 support.
A couple of things occur to me that you can do
Play something else if your friend is onCoordinate with your friend as to when you can be on.
There is no way to get it fixed quicker. I'm sorry. Worse things happen at sea.
