I like Solap except occasionally it pissed itself and died for me. I'll alternate between days of 100ms ping and then like a four hour window where I can't play for all the packet loss.
Still, that's approximately 1% of the time so no worries MrC.
I'm not getting the random times of super lag so Solap is generally good for me, sometimes the odd lost packet now and again but generally when I lag lots on solap the problem is on my end rather then yours.
I get mixed results with Solap. Some nights it's crap with huge spikes and a bit of lag. I think it's comparable to planet only with less drops and crashes.
My connection at my current house is pretty crappy, I'll let you know how it reacts to something better when I get it.
