If you are not on the list, and think you should be, reapply to the web based form. Late entries will be accepted for 7 days, with a batch addition.

Linky to the signup page. Read that, and when you're ready to sign up you'll find the link to the actual form at the bottom. (Yes, it's a bit of a test.)

Thank you so much, doing that now. That's the link I couldn't find.

Ok, I'm not in charge and the Cadet Admin has ultimate authority, but having said that... Cadet I went "live" only yesterday, presumably with a list which included all applications prior to going live. I see that your application was made yesterday, but in the evening, so you probably missed the initial roll call.
The administrator will be adding latecomers in a single batch - usually a week after the program has opened. So keep yer pants on, I expect that you'll be added within the week.
In the meantime, get that copy of XP installed and apply all the updates, C++ runtimes, Net 2.0, etc. that you need for the game.

I'll just do the self-study first.

Don't feel bad.. Im in the same boat you are.. I have already completed all the tutorials and even played a live game.. Unfortunately I am in Australia so being online with most of the US East coast is trying at best.
Self (ha ha) study seems to be the way to go.
