Frankly - the best thing to do to get noticed by squads is - Join CDT-II and fly with your CDT tag a lot. Squads will notice you then....

There are many useful players with low k/e and k/h ratios so this is a meaningless comeback. Clay Pigeon has 4.82 and 0.85, but I dare you to say he's useless to a team.
