You asked what techpath to go and everyone answered. It really doesn't matter who you're facing, it only matters if there's exp rocks on the map. If there are, you should be trying to go exp.

Though funny story, in the first two SGs I played for PK we went IC and there were 0 U rocks and 1 U rock respectively... in the 1 U rock game it was vs XT and they took it quickly.

So if you have no U rocks, Supyard is probably your best bet.

Every faction should be playable and beatable even if its at late night so any constructive pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Every faction is playable, just certain ones are better than others. This game is balanced for when most people play it... which is during games that start with at least 10v10 and grow to around 25 v 25. We deeply apologize (no we don't actually) if your game that launches 3v3 isn't balanced.

Secondly, Giga and Belters are the best factions in late night. IC can pull off (sort of) the same thing Belters pulls off, but we've already told you that strategy.

This thread contains pretty much every viable strat for IC, so stop asking for tips if you aren't even going to read them.

#1 tip for commanding - don't piss off your pilot pool.

I think my question is, what exactly did you want? A step by step example of how to expand on HiHigher or IO with every faction/tech? I would assume you've played right? Watch what other people do, and then try it yourself. And then tweak it a little. And then try it again. Is that so hard?

I bet your one of those people Tank how buy the strategy guides with a new game, or use walkthroughs before you've finished it on your own once. Have to have the world handed to you on a platter.

Topic cleaned. All parties involved are advised to shut the $#@! up and talk about IC tactics.

See the Rants forum for your standard bickering.

VS Giga go Exp.

The whole "lets galv em" concept seems to fail quite often lately.

Am I the only one who's nipples get hard when TB gets all forceful?

PS Trax I assume you know that IC bases are NOT galvable

MrC I assume he means As IC go exp vs giga.

Which is stupid btw. Giga is the easiest thing in the world to kill. They won't have solid bases unless it's tech, and you can mine the map with ripping miners and TP's. Go sup, move tp's close to their bases, dis2 and kill miners. Win. Done.
