I must have done something wrong. The game won't even launch anymore... But I still can launch it if I remove the files I converted with MDLThing

Okay, fixed it. The problem with the Ammo Gauge related images crashing the game continues, but I look into it later.

For your crashing woes.. The files MDLThing creates point to paths relative to your artwork dir. Make sure that the bmp.mdl files(they're just plain text) point to the place you are putting your png's, otherwise it'll crash. You can change where they point to in the options of MDLthing.
