Hvy scouts are really only effective against tac, and even then only because of cm2/3. I support changing the progression on adv to heavy and moving the adv to the garrison. There are a lot of inconsistencies in alleg, leave the ql alone! (though maybe make ql df a bit weaker than regular df?)

This talk of QL missiles and turrets is all very well, and there are different views on these. However are we all agreed that moving adv scout to garrison is a good idea? Does anyone think otherwise?
If we start a poll and get at least 80% in favour will it actually get implemented?
