Callsign Reset and Reclamation Complete

as far as I know only hiders can be reclaimed.

I hoped Rock would have become available now. Never seen it online in the past three years.

I think it's any account that fits the criteria, not just hiders.

then what about those callsigns listed on the squad roster page who haven't logged in for the past three years? Could we just make one of those as our hider and play with them?
