And copyright is automatic on publication. Registering the copyright only establishes a credible base for when it was published.

GT normal cons are 90 seconds.

Deschain, it's common to hold a con for an extra 30 sec in order to make it enh with the initial money. With standards speeds(60 for basic con, 75 for enh), if you build your con farther than 9k away from your garrison, the enh con will reach the rock faster than the basic one, even if launched 30 secs latter. Most op cons will build 2 sectors away from your home which usually mean about between 10-12k.

Just worked it out. It would catch up at about 7.5k (ignoring acceleration).

Use the allegiance tech tree explorer by Backtrack.
For a structure, the parameter called research time is actually the build time.

Now, here's something I did not know: Bios build time is just 60 seconds !
