I believe he is asking if you are using the Allegiance alpha build. (it's a special download not found in the standard package)

I've been having the same thing happen to me too. However the screen updates after a short amount of time and I can keep flying. The computer just stops making any noise, complete lockup, then it updates and starts running again. Weird.

People just take stuff too seriously I think. Except IB, of course.

Hmmm I just got a USB Connectivity Failure which locked up the computer, I wonder if I was getting this while in Allegiance and that was causing the problem.

IB, if you are running Vista, what you are describing is the symptom of gfx driver crashing and the system recovering it (usually by restarting it).

XP. Still I shouldn't be posting in Lae thread. Maybe I should update my gfx driver anyway.

@Laedivas: here's a link to the newest drivers download for your card. Try those.
@IB: yeah, do that. If that doesn't work, make your own thread with the template and stuffs.

If you're not using the alpha build, Alleg puts quite a straing on nVidia cards with newer dirvers. Open it up and see if all fans, radiators and the holes that air comes and goes are clean and not clogged with dust.
