How does the tso work anyway?

Aren't there open-source equivalents so that one could snatch the source?

Please.
It's not TS, but it should work with Vista:
http://mumble.sourceforge.net/

PS:
It works only with DX9 client.

I know Madp was asking for this a while a go, Its now official out http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=teamspeak3sdk

EDIT: NVM they $#@!ed up... so TS is officialy screwed the hard way "You MUST be a corporate entity with an existing or future product or title for which you wish to evaluate the SDK for INTEGRATION."
So if anyone wish to ask them anyway if we can use the SDK be my guest...

I said it before and I'll say it again:
Mumble!

Much better than TS, free and open source with DX9 overlay included.

It's not better than TS... Murmur/Mumble has pros (working DX9 overlay) and cons (server/channel administration)

That isn't TS3, that's TS3 Software Development Kit. TS3 is still in the works.

eh? that's kinda the point - intergrating TS into allegiance so we can generate out own overlay.

It works with Vista, but not with Alleg.
