I'm retracting my question, it looks like it was answered above

unless you want to give further resolution on the release timeline?

Is this out there yet? Just installed 2.0 cause I have to work from home and really need 2.1 as well not mention 3.0 and 3.5 with all the LINQ noise ... and BAMPF - the dreaded 0xc000007b

No - 2.1+ are NOT installed yet and this sytem really doesn't have much installed yet after the Christmas debacle of format/reformat in an earlier thread ...

Sigh ... I need my job more than I need allegiance [CRY]

Not out yet. It's likely to be late Feb/early march. Nothing we can do - Pook has to wait for XenoCode IIRC.

And there's one upgrade to 2.0 that breaks Alleg as well

I'm running 2.0 flat - no updates I hid 'em so I wouldn't install 'em and autoupdates is OFF - I do it manually and watch carefully what gets installed usually only downloading the criticals :(

Thanks anyway - see you again if the baby ever gets updated ...

Do you know if this will fix the issues with Vista Home Basic?

AFAIC, there is no cure for Vista Home Basic. It's terminal. /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

Now on a more serious note, we believe that the .Net issues will be resolved, and when that happens, it should work for all versions of Windows. Let's hope that MS hasn't somehow hobbled the various versions, but we don't know until we try it.
