Doesn't Grimm already update GoD core as soon as something that's skewed on balance is brought to his attention?

Some bazillion years ago i suggested "Hey let me make a core based purely on Alleg 1.25. I will put in some new factions in this core and start from there". I suggested this in a time when all sort of peeps were making cores. Naturally none of them were neither willing nor able to work together. So everybody did their own stuff.

Personally i would love to see an old school Alleg core with some of the new factions. Naturally id love to see Effix and finish them (balancing!!) in whatever core that comes up but ok, thats more my personal issue here cuz i was involved in effix so much....

If someone does not like DN, I guess they also don't want a core based on DN, that's the logic you were looking for. (That's why I restarted the GoD core. Noir did not weaken the carrier/pattie spam for ages and it annoyed me big time)

At the moment, I am a bit behind schedule. I was planning on doing a major overhaul of the costs in Exp, but my diploma thesis keeps me busy.

As was discussed in many other threads, he was no right to sue anybody. He offers the core in the same license as MS, so everybody is free to use it for non-commercial purposes. The only person that would be able to sue is probably the guy that made the nix models. (He could sue Noir for offering it in that license.) What's holding the other core makers back is politeness and respect.
