If I may make a point of order

Rookie retention is not very high and after awhile when the new doe eyed recruit shows up and wants to tell us about his maw and paw in Bugtusslewhereever some of the more grizzled vets can get nasty. Best just take point and hope to $#@! you don't do anything to annoy the long timers so they show you how to not keep stepping on the bouncing bettys.

Ummm......I do, that's why I asked about it. The other forums I'm a member of have it, and it's the first place I go to when I log in. But....meh...w/e. I was just suggesting the idea.
