Ability to organize the team
Charisma
Fun to fly for
Ability to win without going Bios + GS + Sup w/ SY on
Listening to the team
Accepting responsibility for wins AND losses
Able to handle teams of 15+

There's at least two division II comms I don't fly for because they are inept. I also think there's a lot of division 2 comms that are clearly better than some of the other division 2 comms. I think you need 4 divisions at least.

All the bolded...or have you forgotten the game against bios sup + gs where you pushed your giga spec ref less than 2k away from his tp! AAAAAAAAND they had gunships! That was fun and had flair and creativity. You motived us with a speech about how drunk you were which was very charismatic and since you wen AGAINST bios you won without going bios gs + sup. And of course u listened to your team.

Who is that and why? If your reasons are good enough I may shift them around because I havent seen everyone command as often as I'd like.

I think 3 divisions are fine. There are good NFL teams like THE DOLPHINS and bad NFL teams like THE PATRIOTS (no i did not mix those up) but the are still in the same league.

5 divisions. No offence to those in division 1 or tier 1, they're all good, at least half are omfgwtfbbq level and are rarely stopped by anyone including other people in that group, aarm/weed.ozzy to name some in that omfgwtfbbq level. It's all pretty hard to gauge though, but I agree spidey did a pretty good job.

spidey, if you limit yourself in how many are in each group, I think you'll find yourself making even more refined choices.

eg.

div1 - 10 comms
div2 - 10 comms
div3 - 20 comms
div4 - 20 comms
div5 - rest of comms that don't suck

The thing about that is that anyone can lose to anyone else at anytime (which makes Allegiance so fun!) There really is no such thing as omfgwtfbbq level because if Aarm had such a close game against kingarthur the other day like he was saying...well anything can happen
