i like the idea of having it spin rapidly, not while shooting bursts, but while shooting at all (something like minigun rotation warm-up). can we say that it produses a strong electro-magnetical force by spinning (like electro-motors, but with the other way round - there you spend energy to have them spin, while here you have them spinning to create energy). so it could be emp gun, or distruptor.

i just can't imagine any explanation why would we have double barrels like this on ballistic weapon. (for military use, not hunting)

scope idea is good, if it's right to one side, but it's making slight techincal problems gun-wise (aim not true to bullet trajection)

Just because the eyepiece of the scope is out to one side, doesn't mean the endpiece has to be.
