YUP!

Confounding, ain't it??

As much as I LOVE my Cybrg, what Joystick are you guys using? I might plop out $15-$50 for a second stick to give this game a good try.

Okay, now you've got me stumped. Remove the keyboard roll entry as well. That should do the trick. If not... /blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":o" border="0" alt="blink.gif" />

PS: I'm a mouser /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />
PPS: The best joystick ever is the Sidewinder Pro series from Microsoft, which can be found easily on e-bay.

I've been having similar-ish problems with my Logitech Force 3D Pro. Ships either rolling or moving of course when I let go of the handle

The only game like this I've ever enjoyed flying a ship with a mouse was FREELANCER!!

Why have they never made a FREELANCER 2??? That game ROCKED!!!!

The studio went bankrupt. That's why.

A game that's similar to Freelancer that's been released recently is SpaceForce2 : Rogue Universe.

I found a fix that worked for me - I turned off Force Feedback. MY joystick does not use it and it was about the only thing I had not tried yet!

Get out of here...I don't understand that one at all. P.S. I have a microsoft sidewinder force feedback (AWESOME stick)...I wonder if it would do the same with ff enabled? I don't use it for Alleg since I was told a mouse is better for aiming. Then I discovered weed uses a joystick!! Who to believe?
