that's the plan

double size is easier to do first because we just scale everything by 2.

its mostly just scaling all images (easy for X2, i don't know if gauges need to be powers of 2 though, they may need to be played around with for X1.5), and changing displacements in the .mdl files.

then once we have a complete X2 version, we can put it into winmerge with the normal size version and change the displacements we changed and make them all 1.5 the defaults

ok... i'm not entirely sure how it all works, so i will leave it to you

i need to know where things that define the windows the text gets displayed in in things though, e.g.

and i don't know what to change to make the chat box wider + have more space between each line

Talk to Ksero or Cort for the details of the files you need to edit. A warning though, when Cort explained it to me I didn't understand a word of it.

Edit: If you want the source files for RavUI (part of CortUI) let me know and I'll dig them out for you.

Looks like some of the fonts that I'm interested in changing are indeed hard coded. Namely the Chat. Maybe the in-flight Inventory. So re-aliasing the font names won't work for everything. And resizing the existing fonts would impact everything. There's not much middle ground to work with.
