We played Nix v TF 22:00 utc or so. That game seemed to have really noticeable reduction in TF scouts whorage ability, not so much as to stop them being king scout, enough to make it seem like they couldn't solo a miner in 30 seconds. Which is good.
Nix bbrs were tough, and we really noticed the lack of dis AoE, many times I kept using pe gat, though that's mostly because the 3 miners I killed needed gat not dis for best miner explosions. The idiot gun is no more, hurrah! It's still useful and I'd recommend it against Nix, I'm just stubborn and like my pe gat.
Nix couldn't rush Vans, which they shouldn't do as a rule otherwise, with the cost of the Tranny 15k from 10k it definately makes you think about it. Plus Vans are not what they once were. This is not to say that rushing Vans from time is a bad thing, though you certainly should play Nix like every other faction, in the sense that you need Tech not cheese usually to win, and adv tech is the cheesiest cheese of all.

Not so sure I like the bios nerfs... Leave as is in 4.5? The boosts to the others will even out the win/loss ratio% of the bios. Its inflated because some of the other factions suck. Perhaps leave miners at 3k, and the other changes stay as is? I understand the overpoweredness of GS ripping to carriers when they get them so early with so little money paid. But cheap miners counteract the losses that bios sustain with slow tech capabilities.

If anything Bios hasn't reverted enough to 0440, whichever, we'll see if Bios was 'nerfed' enough. The one minute miner is perhaps still too much and unneeded, the cost back to 4k is good. The changes to GS probably go a long way to helping balance Bios (even though it's a global change), since Bios use GS more then any other faction.

If the GS thing causes too many problems, perhaps as middle ground raise thier rip cost significantly so you can only rip 1 in at a time or maybe even only to enh carriers.

I think non light-rip GS is fine. It relegates their role to defensive, which is what they are meant for in the first place. As they are now, they run all over the map killing everything. Bios fighters are more than capable of making their carriers worth it in the early game.
Apparently a California "cabin" is any place more than 4 blocks from a McDonalds.
