I actually found it to be a pretty well ballance, though you can't really tell after one game. It would be nice to play the occasional pickup game on it, even if it's just to be more prepared for squad matches on there.

If you can get ahold of new icon images, it would make me happy. The cons, especially, have no differentiation at all.
