i thought asgs could be told to keep 2 accounts seperate.

e.g. 2 people in the same house play, but only have one computer, i think therre have been cases of this

If either of the two force-unlinked accounts make a hider, it is not automatically granted an exception and can cause all three to be linked.

Yup.

Exceptions work from callsign-to-callsign, not account-to-account.

As long as the exceptioned players stick with their callsigns, they're fine. The moment they create a new callsign on that computer, it WILL get linked.
