While there may be enough players in this community to make another squad, there aren't enough skilled players in this community to make another squad. It takes a long time to get a squad up to a working cohesion, and will likely disband withen the first few months. RT has been together for over 2years(or was it 1, I cant remember, doesnt really matter either) now, and only recently have they begun winning squad games consistantly.

Are you sure you want the responsibility of managing a squad that wont win a game for a year or maybe even two? It's hard to keep positive when your constantly being raped.

I'm not saying don't make a new squad, I'm just saying think about it befor you end up devoting half your life into maintaining something that sucks.

RT was together for many years before I brought it into Alleg. Having the experience of running a squad was something I already knew how to do. If Red Phoenix has good leadership that has been around awhile, it is viable to start here. As somoe others said, you should have a few vets on the team. If you can find 3-4 vets to join up and help train and mold the team, it will make the process a lot better. Otherwise you will be floundering around. This is not an easy game to learn. PPlaying against organized squads is an even tougher thing.

Most importantly, know this. You will lose matches, you will get your butt handed to you, you will struggle and fight for every moment of survival. The path is not an easy one. If you are willing to devot the time necessary to managing the squad, practicing, organizing SG's; then go for it.

I am always happy to see the birth a new squad that is well organized. If you have ANY doubts, then don't. It is not a bad thing to change your mind. If you have no doubts, then go for the juggular. Make it happen!

Best of luck to you if you choose to puruse this endeavour. /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

I wont be the one in charge i cant do any of the server work and stuff a leader has to do. If i can convince a few certain players to start playing, if they like it they will tell everyone and then well get more ppl in it.

Well, now you know what you need to do to start a squad. I suggest you first get them here and give them time to let it soak in and get thru @Cadets. Once they do that, then look at forming a squad.
