Well of course they do - it's a logarithmic function, which means that the farther out you are, the less of a gain you get.



Notice how slow the line climbs... and that's with just close to 50 kills. You need way more than that to max out.

No mystery at all, the equation is logarithmic, one that approaches 50 as kills approach infinite, which means the higher your kb gets, the harder it is to raise it further.

And this is why simply getting 100+ kills is of relative unimportance. Perhaps it extended the game due to defense, but it didn't win the game for his team.

actually it waz of Importance..considering the stack etc.. The defence I put out made the game last that long and also IT waz a close game and for a long time we had a shot of making the comeback... Highest ive ever gotten is like 167 one time. though ive gottten over 100 numerous times, specialy if you count the tongue hoe. Highetst kb ive ever gotten was the time i got the 167 kills, the kb was the infamous 49.

I remember Lady Misery (sp?) getting well over a hundred with Bios sup. It stuck in my mind, I've done it since, but I remember the first time (It's true, you never forget it) it was probably a year after, it was an incredible 4 hour game, I was using the Judge_Sony nick and we were IC Adv exp. Isn't it weird how you can recall intricate details of some games? Ahaneon joined ages after the start and overtook me before the end, he kept PMing, I'm catching you Sony, kill kill kill. It wasn't a conscious effort to hit 100 until I got to 80 or so and realised it was achievable, it was just an incredibly intense game. I kept seeing Ahan with a 40+ KB, then the next minute a 0, then seemingly almost immediately a 40+ again.

Personally the most kills ive ever had in a game was 57 in one game. which was a while back.

the highest kill bonus ive seen was one culminiaton had and that was a really long time back.

he had a kb of 47.
