It wasn't 1.35, it was 1.5 yield in version 1.1 (April 2002?, .75 capacity, 0.8 speed).

Helium Mines had a payday of 1500 and had light base hull (Noir just gave them regular hull in DN).

Veggy gave dreg 1.35 yield, not Noir. Noir just reduced the mining speed.
