strange lags

Last two weeks i have strange lags. When i just fly in scout , my lag is normal. When i start dogfighting with many players in sector , my lag increases to 400-500 . WTF is can be ? I did not changed anything in my comp , ISP or anything.

Have you tried the suggestions outlined in the Allegiance is laggy KB entry?
