TSO Won't Launch

Get the error "Unable to locate DLL: The dynamic link library d3d8.dll could not be found in the specified path". TSO won't launch. Is there a common fix for this? I can't find it.

Make sure that .dll file is in the same folder as TSO.

If you are sure it's there, then consult TSO's website for help. We're well-versed with Allegiance's problems, but not so much TSO.
