Cant Find This Game on The Steam Library

Greeting to all my friends, I recently purchased this game 'Sniper Elite 5' from Steam and I played the game for a few days. But since last night I have been encountering a problem that I could not find the game on the Steam library. I logged out Steam and logged in, but still the problem persisted. Has anyone else come across this problem before? Please help me to solve the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not getting any response, I searched online and came across this particular post and they recommended some useful methods and I followed some of them except this one to allow administrative privileges to Steam. I am a bit confused if this method might be helpful or not. Could you please confirm?

Hi Kareem,

I curious why you are posting on the Allegiance helpline looking for help for a different game?
Wouldn't you be better off posting on the Sniper Elite forums?
Play Allegiance instead!
