Weird... Every day they remove the dead mice. One theory is mice are being chased by other mice for space and fall 10 meters down. There is a mice plague due to the dry weather last 2 years.

It's rual area, mostly farming and small villages in that area. Due to changing weather we have more nasty infestations like the processional caterpillar. From the south border there is also a pine tree variant approaching, with even more nastier burning hair than the current ones (on oak trees).

From the east border huge ticks are approaching (three times as large as the domestic species).

Last but not least a nasty stinging flying monster stings through jeans pants and it hurts much longer.

The Japanese Fallopia japonica plant got here somehow a few years ago. It is now an infestation species, which must be eradicated. It's extremely hard plant to destroy, if you leave the tiniers bit of root behind it grows to a new plant, which basically grows forever. The roots are so strong, it even breaks concrete slabs.

That is why we invite merry Canadians :D

Lucky the mice plague is in a small area in MLC. When it starts to rain the mice population will drop, the caterpillar plage is only on oak tress during a few weeks in the year. There are enough nice things to see here. But indeed, the climate change, and exotic animals in my country is strange. For the first ime in 200 years or so a Wolf gave birth so we now have a Wolf family somewhere (migration from Poland via Geamany to MLC). I think a year or 2 years agon a video was published when a wolf ran through a village on the sidewalk, but did not settle then.

Nothing exotic happening in Canada? Like some unusual animal appearing?

Not that I'm aware of.
On the current project I'm working on which is near Leamington Ontario, I met one of your countrymen at a bar/restaurant yesterday.
He told me he was in town installing robotic systems in new green houses that are being built in the area.
Leamington has a ton of green houses and farms in the area.
Now that pot has been made legal in Canada, growers have been building green houses all over the place in this area.
From what I've been told, the standard size of a green house is 30 acres.

Wow, all those happy and relaxed Canadians :) The benefit of a large country is you can grow tons of pot :D Who knows, perhaps export it to other countries too.

Pot is legally sold in coffeeshops here. Being typical Dutch, growing weed is illegal. So "magically" the pot arrived at the coffeeshop to be sold. Cough. Anyways, our Gov't now allows 2 legal state greenhouses for pot production, tightly regulated and on a secret location. I hear they only produce a small variation of flavors.

The latest attraction is CBD oil (cannabidiol), sold in drugstores and pharmacies. Non addictive cannabis, without THC so you do not get "high".. Very expensive.

CBD oil has become very popular in Canada as well.
From what I read a few weeks ago, Canadian pot producers are selling their products to buyers in YourLittleCountry.
