I'll be amazed if we get past Croatia tbh. Southgate might just be be a football genius though, and those Croats must be knackered after their last 2 epic games...... COME ON ENGLAND!

Its a fact, the braziliand squad wasnt playing good enough for a world cup, and the Belgium squad was the first one good enough that it faced.

Maybe if by occasion it lost to Swiss, it could´ve changed things, but I honestly don't think so, the squad was playing like that for like an year or more.

Im also not trying to put names on here, because to me, despite some individuals players poor performings, the failure was at the squad as a whole, and those players didnt have a fundamental impact on the outcome.
