I don't understand why Allegiance is on steam in the first place. Doesn't seem to be doing any good and must be costing BT money for nothing in return.

My understanding is it cost BT a few hundred dollars to get Allegiance on Steam.
No additional Steam costs after that.
He was already paying for the servers and continues to pay.
Not sure what that costs him a month.

But I may be wrong.
We talked about it prior to the Steam release.
