I looked, some of them are horrible. This calls for a Map Pack 4 in 2 weeks™.

May I submit to you the Petersen graph?

Minimal crossing number is 2, but I'm partial to this representation with 3 crossings. Some other representations here.

Diameter of this graph is 2, so it needs a low-sign middle sector (purple middle sector in the previous link).
