I believe that I have reproduced the issue and solved it. I am now able to launch Allegiance under steam on an XP VirtualBox VM, so I believe that should do the trick! The next steam patch will bring XP backwards compatibility, and hopefully Babel will come along with it!

I need to solve a few other random bugs, and then that should go live tonight.

We must have Babel!!!
