Password Reset Help

I've forgotten my password. Doh.

I've used the "password reset" link within the ACSS client and it took me to this webpage: http://acss.alleg.net/Login.aspx

I've attempted the "Password Reset" procedure and it told me it sent an email to my @freeallegiance.org email address. Great!

Unfortunately, no email has shown up there.

How can I get my password reset for this game?!
