TenForward (Blue) ---vs--- LA2_Cajun@Z (Yellow)

Technoflux (Adv Exp/Starbase/Tac) ---vs--- Omicron Hive (Adv Exp/Starbase/Sup)

Settings:

Starting Money: something
Total Money: something
Map: Blender

*Disclaimer: I will probably forget something, or put something out of order, but it was still an awesome game. This is heavily from yellows perspective.

Opening:

Yellow pushes op con to mid and plants their teleport in the sector behind it (fierro I believe).
Blue puts their op mid right (kik) and begins harassing our miners.

Yellow initially suffers heavy miner casualties to TF scouts stalling their economy for a bit.
Yellow plants expansion at their teleport, and blue plants their expansion low/mid.

Midgame:

Yellow pushes another op mid left, (udar) and blue reciprocates resulting in a dm sector. Somewhere among here, blue starts bombing runs.
Yellow gets their economy back up and after a few crazy miner order antics (including sending a miner to an enemy sector :P )
Several of blue's bomb runs are nullified by unparalleled coordination of team yellow. Blue eventually succeeds in bombing yellow's middle op.

Yellow mines to heavy ints, and stalls blue as they wait for htt's to come online. Much death was rendered during this phase. Yellow gets hvy ints up.
They attempt to capture udar op (dm sector) as its super close, but due to no one launching nans, the run fails. This ends up happening several times. Blue ends up getting hvy ints online aswell.

Finally with some coordination, yellow is able to capture the op. Blue now gets their htt's up and proceeds to attempt some runs on our exp. They all fail. I think they might of got one our op's here or there, I think we recapped. :D

Endgame:

Blue catches yellow offguard, and all out of base, and launches a htt run on yellows garrison. This succeeds unfortunately, and the sup con that was being built was wasted.

Yellow rallies a run from their exp, in attempt to recap their garrison. Initially this fails, but with regroupage, and much pwnage we succeed in doing so.
Yellow attempts some runs on their exp, but to no avail.

Throughout the game, starfire floats about on Blue with his bomber doing random things always resulting in his demise.

THEN OUT OF THE BLUE, THE BLUE TEAM RECAPPS YELLOWS GARR again. I don't know how it kept happening, but they kept doing it.
SOOOOO, we have an epic struggle, try some dual runs, and eventually recapp the garrision. Blue was nice enough to turn it into a starbase for yellow.

With that settled. Yellow pushes a con, right to blue's expansion. It build with little trouble. Somewhere in the behind the scene, Blue gets a tac somewhere as lt sfs roam about.

Eventually, both teams hunker down, and prepare a full run on each others expansion. Yellow initiates their run while blue does theirs seconds later. Yellow successfully captures blues expansion, and deploys the QRF (quick reaction force), to launch a full scale defense on their own expansion. Ints pour fourth, and engage the transport armada. Starfire is in there somewhere, with his bomber shooting the expansion. The htt comes close to capping it, but is alas destroyed. Starfire also perishes.

With both expansions in the hands of yellow, blue shortly resigns later.

Death and I partook in the killing of 81 individuals. Together we had half the teams kills.

Sadly we had no nearby tac rock. Would have had plenty of money for SBs ourselves.

It was really nice of blue to adv our garr for us.

Did I mention I soloed 4 miners? All in the same sector? (Took a couple of trips to get them all, natch).

One thing worth pointing out with the DM sector. We actually tried TT's because it was a 2k run with green door facing our red. :iluv:

Forgive MHael, math wasn't his strong suit. He's understating that Death and him actually partook in 95 kills together.

Very fun game of back and forth. I think we (yellow) got a little too focused on shredding at times, which was when blue struck on some nice runs.

no no, what i meant to say is that death and I partook in 81 kills each with kills and assists.

59+22=81
36+45=81

59+36=95

my bad.

Oh. That's pretty neat that both of you ended up at that number too. Didn't even compare those, although 45 assists did stand out to me, pretty impressive number there.
