I said on average it should be +15-20. Some people will always get longer routes to the server which will mean a higher than normal increase.

Personally I'm in favor of a NY/NJ server if just so that the Euros can't complain as much about their 150ms ping when I'm flying with 100.

Difference was about 22-24ms for me.

IIRC what people didn't like about test1 was possibly more down to performance - we would have to check it with a decent double digit action sector in both instances to have informed preference (as I assume squad game quality would be the priority for most).

I voted on chicago, but I really have no preference. I am royally laggy in either.

I am curious how US3 has been compared to 1 & 2 (before 2 went downhill). I did not realize they changed their pricing. It might be on the very upper limits of what I would spend, but only if it was excellent.

I have used this host for other games and they aren't one of my go to providers when using Linux. But we need Windows and they may be one of the best options we have. US1 is much more reasonably priced though.

Test3 has seemed solid while its been in use, good ping for me (similar to Test1 unsurprisingly, and a little better than Test2). It seemed to handle the squad games smoothly also.
