[Very useful info up here^ ]

Tried downloading twice each on two different computers (one running XP, one running Win8 - will give more specs if required but they're internet cafe comps - that yes do allow installs as far as I can tell). Download finishes (some 132 mB) from what I can see. Not sure what's going wrong. I imagine it's a problem on my side, but if it's an integrity check fail... well has anyone downloaded it recently? I read the installer had some update a few days ago or something.

Anyone have any ideas? I finally have a chance to play again, though my connection might be at old Wild levels. Shame that even if I have 999ms I'll never get to experience its joys using an old int with stolen booster 3... No but serious I'm sure it won't be that bad so help me out yo!

This error is caused by a incomplete download of the installer...

Direct link to installer (without redirect on getsetup.alleg.net):

Done it twice since I posted... It always saves at the same file size (the original estimate file size of like 130MB). 4 different computers now.. People are playing like CS and LoL on these things so it can't be something sneakily blocking executables. Then again none of those games seem to be saved off a computer, is there anyway to keep the artwork and files on an external that the launcher references? Anyone who's played at a cafe (metzlol) is there a particular place you have to run or save an installer?

I doubt it on both counts, but I'm grasping for anything because this is getting annoying. More often than not the cafe will lose connection eventually and drop me, so I only get to the 130MB sometimes (usually dropped at 30-60MB). The times it's finished I'm sure it has finished though, the time remaining gets down to the last couple seconds (instead of 28 hours or something before connection is dropped) before it finishes and the file size has been identical all 4 times. I've killed an hour at a cafe like 6 times before and after work trying to get a decent file... and on top of the time it's almost cost me $1.20 american overall. This can't go on lol.

Btw I was using the direct link the last 2 times and the time before that I was getting under a download ban with underget and the direct download. Only the first 3 times did I go through the Downloads link. I'm confused man. Anyone wanna FTP this for me? Or like break it down into 3 parts hahaha (reminds me of 12 part downloads I used to have to do like 10 years ago). Thanks for the help so far. I wanna get in on squad season and I won't be back home for a while so I really wanna get this working.

I'm willing to try anything, no matter how outlandish to get this to work. Well anything that Arch hasn't had a part in suggesting anyhow :D

Edit: Oh god yes. I promised I wouldn't cry... - that beautiful logo. Now I can finally get into the trouble shooting that doesn't involve downloading files over slow internet. And then the key mapping. And the getting used to a terrible keyboard set up... man I'm so happy no joke. See you in game. 999ms here I come!

If you have this problem, where are you located? Probably either far from Europe and/or have an unstable connection. I still plan to set up a CDN and put the allegiance installer on it, so that the installer file is automatically served from the closest server to you.

Until this gets set up, if after several tries you still can't download it successfully, I can put it up on one of my many global servers near your location and give you the link.

I currently have servers in Asia (Singapore), Australia, Europe (UK), East USA, West USA.

I live in South America. Also Its not conection stability (since I could download from the alternate link pkk provided), and I also downloaded many other programs (as I just formated my computer).
