Element v Zenith

Welcome back Allegiance fans! Round 2 of Exhibition commenced today (8/10/14) with Zenith squaring off against Element and Endgame battling Xexy.
In the Element/Zenith match-up, Element posted the largest turnout and picked the Jasper map. Phantom032 took command for Zenith while Liquid_Mamba took tactical control of Element. Zenith opened with an impressive scouting display, quickly picking up key alephs through the map. Both teams battled for early map control, Zenith planting a Supremacy high, and Element planting a Tactical Lab middle. Liquid Mamba fielded bombers first, but P32 replied with a massive bomb-run on Element's Tac Lab. The attack was barely repulsed, but Zenith pressed hard, striking from an unknown outpost behind Element's garrison. A pitched defense ensued, but Element's stealth fighters held the defense and forced a stalemate. Pot shots were made by both sides on strategically located teleports and outposts, but Element broke the game open with the arrival of stealth bombers wielding captured Anti-Base 2 missiles. Element and Liquid Mamba proceeded to regain map control, destroying enemy support bases and planting teleport receivers adjacent critical systems. A sudden blitz attack on Zenith's garrison from behind broke their morale, and minutes later, Zenith capitulated, having only their Supremacy system left.

Xexy table is clrearly fake, look at the score board, it makes no sense. Good game end.

I'd like to tip my hat to Element on this game. Zenith was soundly defeated by good commanding and good squad play.

Nice work and I look forward to playing you again soon!

we hearty cheered at every step forward that we made, considering we were fighting a well known and strong opponent as phantom, but i think the carefullness and patience paid well, we held out just enough to give us those SBS we needed so badly, gotta say we defended pretty good with the stealth fighters, that ship is not commonly used properly but i think we all remembered how its done .. not that we had it easy or anything, we were on the edge of falling down a couple times :)

great match im very glad all this happened! i dont care if we win or lose , i never do all i care is to have fun and good challenges are always the best fun! today it was us, tomorrow it could be them, everyone is capable wich makes things even more interesting! cant wait for next match!
congrats to all , ALL, squad players.

cheers!

Still ready to teach anyone who asks nicely whatever they want to know about playing alleg. Contrary to popular opinion I do not eat newbies. Voobs taste much better.
