Having had the opportunity to meet metz in person, I can say that this is both a sad, and not totally unexpected thread to be posting in. The only thing that really shocks me is the target of the banning. Dome? why dome?

That is the criteria of things we look for in a DOG to see if it is fit for adoption. Sadly, Metz sometimes fails this test.

I've had a lot of good times with metz, and some not so good times. I hope he maybe learns something this time, because I don't think I'm going to bother going through the trouble to campaign for his second un-perma banning.

Not to start anything, but I found this on Masta's forum...

"I told Dome that he was too emotionally compromised by liberal social issues - much to do with the fact that he has a gay brother - to be able to think or talk about them logically or rationally. He said that isn't true. So I told him that I hope his gay brother dies. Then, in the greatest administrative ragefit seen since the Pook's Dirty Mouse Pad Era, Dome ragequit Mumble (again), banned me from the game, the forum, blocked my email address, phone number, Facebook page, and contacted RT to get me banned from the Mumble.

Of course this conversation was on Mumble, not in the game or on the forum, and voice chat clients have always functioned independently from FAO, and as per the FAO rules, what's said on Mumble is not nor has ever been subject to any FAO RoC or otherwise. But poor sensitive Dome is too emotionally compromised to care to function within the rules with respect to his @Alleg powers and newly acquired forum admin powers. No surprise there."

Banned for something said on Mumble?...Really?...
