You're completely right, except that you're also completely wrong.

Wrong in that the stats still indicate what most people in the community feel regarding the factions... even if it just happens to perhaps be luck or divine providence that the stats turn out to be correct.

You want IC To play better... drop the tech-base ups by 5k. It's fast, easy, and will have a nice impact.

If bios is only ever played against giga and belters, then the stat that indicates it has a 52% chance of winning is irrelevent when bios is playing against IC.

That list that is posted is similar to one that would say.int 60%fig 40%sf 37%scout 25%The problem is.. ints have 50% chance vs another int, a 75% chance vs a fig, a 80% vs sf, and a 90% vs a scout.

Even though the list says the int is the most powerful, which most people agree with. It does not accuratly represent fig vs sf.

Does that clear the mud for you, or are you still content?

YP, the point is, that those factions that have those high win numbers are widely accepted as needing work. I agree a detailed breakdown is very important in helping look at the specifics of what should be targeted for action.
