Like in title.

How can i fix it?

I have this problem more than months.

It appears when i try to log in, but it not appears, when i use incorrect username or password.

Seems to be an issue with .net framework.

Try to uninstall and reinstall it.

When i deleted the .NET and restarted computer... ACSS launches, but problem is not fixed.
When i installed .NET 3.5 from ur link.. problem is not fixed.
How to fix it?

PS. I want to unlink "soQl" callsign, it is possible?

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException
This should be caused by a native dll throwing an exception. Try reinstalling msvc++ runtimes. In addition to that there is a thing called something like ".net enhancer" (not sure on the exact name). If there is such a service running on your computer please turn that off.

I want to uninstall all .net elements, but i can't.
When i uninstalled .NET 4.5 remainded a version with number 2.0, i dont know how to uninstall the 2.0 version, there isn't any uninstaller, or something else.
I tried to search it in programms applet, but no effect.

When i tried to install .net 3.5 from full package, it extracted self, bt installer not openned, and all exctracted files just disappear.

My computer sucks.

Ps. I'm not good speaking english, so sorry if some of my words are not understandable.

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555 - try reinstalling this. Its not .net

Also .net doesn't have backwards compatibility! That is if you install the .net 4.5 you don't get .net 3.5 etc. What operating system are you using? Win7 should have .net 3.5 available out of the box.
