Unable to reclaim old ASGS callsign

Hi,

I'm trying to regain my old @Alleg callsign ("ogo") by registering it in the new ACSS, but am receiving an error message reading:
"•This callsign is already registered on ASGS (the old security system). Please use your original password to create this account and claim this callsign. If you don't remeber your password, please contact the system adminstration via the forums.".

I'm pretty sure I have provided the original password to that account and tried all combinations of what I could've used - to no avail. Is there a way to work around this?

Create another account, and I'll update your alias for you. Just PM me the account name.
